“Can't say enough about these two business owners. Joe and Manny get it done! I have had two personal encounters with Gold Locksmith. The first incident included them showing up in less than 30 minutes from the time called through AAA. They helped my Aunt gain access to her car when she lost her keys. They were very polite, respectful and did not attempt to take advantage of the situation. They were able to create a new key to get us home as we were stuck in the short north after dark.
Related to the same incident, they offered to get an OEM replacement fob and program for her car so she could fully utilize the remote functions. They special ordered the OEM fob had it overnighted to their shop. When I was unable to make it out to their shop, they rescheduled and came to my location to complete the job. Again done without taking advantage of the situation and completed the work at a fair price. Nice job gentleman. Very good to see a company passionate about customer service and ownership.”
